Below you’ll find some indication of the sort of services we offer. Every package is discussed and completely personalised to meet your needs.

Having a Baby

Our range of pre and post-delivery maternity concierge services will allow you to put your feet up more whilst preparing for your new arrival. We can plan your baby shower; help you stock your nursery; prepare your hospital bag; create and manage your announcement lists and even book your pre-birth pampering. In addition to the above, there is the range of personal services on offer with our Home and Lifestyle PA options. All of these help you to a healthier pregnancy.

Moving House

Eliminate some of the stress of moving, whether it’s your own house move or that of a relative. We can help throughout the whole process: shortlisting properties for review; making viewing appointments; obtaining quotes from removal or storage companies; booking de-cluttering services; informing utilities providers and organising mail redirection. We can even send out moving cards.

Planning a celebration

Whether it’s a romantic dinner for two, an anniversary, retirement or a children’s birthday party we can help. We can conduct venue searches; book entertainment; deal with invitations; manage guest lists and be on hand on the day to make sure your event runs perfectly. If you’re planning something large scale and spectacular, we also work with some excellent large-event planners.

Planning a Wedding

Our bespoke Bride & Groom PA service radically shortens your to-do list and guarantees you’ll float down the aisle, a much calmer couple. We can undertake any research you need; creating a venue shortlist; sourcing favours for your guests; obtaining quotes and availability from photographers, DJs or entertainers and booking hair and make-up. We also work with a few carefully chosen, highly- recommended co-ordinators who can be with you on the day to oversee everything whilst you simply relax and enjoy yourself.

Arranging a Funeral

We can take care of everything which is not in a funeral directors remit, including planning and arranging the wake; notifying friends, family and colleagues; co-ordinating the order of service and donations. We can act as a single point of contact, liaising with the funeral director and all other service providers. We also provide post death support e.g. informing utility companies, banks etc. arranging house clearances; cancelling subscriptions; return of mobility aids, and any other tasks needing to be done.
