ABOUT CHRISTINA MOORE
Prior to launching the business, Founder and Director, Christina Moore was working in a demanding role as Executive PA to a Senior Vice President within a FTSE Top 30 international energy company. For over twelve years, dealing every day with busy executives, both male and female, juggling their professional lives with home demands, convinced her there was a niche in the market for an organisational service which could effectively alleviate much of that stress – and Complete Organisation was born.
With a passion for organisation and efficiency, Christina also has extensive retail experience and it’s her unswerving belief that customer service and satisfaction are always paramount. Her pro-active approach to her business now ensures that everything that can be put in place to make life easier for her clients.
Christina’s an active member within her local church and relaxes – although she says, her mind’s always buzzing – by walking her miniature schnauzer, Izzy. She’s an avid theatre goer – that’s Christina, not Izzy, and indeed can occasionally be found performing or working behind the scenes for local theatre companies.
WORKING WITH US
We use telephone; email; post and online file transfer and collaboration tools to communicate with clients. We ensure we’re always bang up to date with technology, so all tasks are performed in the most efficient way.
Reviews and Feedback
We like to hold regular face to face or online Client Reviews to ensure you’re getting the most out of our service.
In addition to the Confidentiality section of the Client Contract, our team sign a contract and non-disclosure agreement, which extends to working with your clients. We are also, of course, happy to sign any additional non-disclosure agreements you deem necessary.
We ensure you’re updated of any ‘downtime’ in advance and provide details of alternative support provided during this time. All members of the team will be regularly updated about all the tasks we are currently carrying out so transitions should be seamless.
